HFC has experience in historic property redevelopment and investments including knowledge of local, state, and national historic preservation incentives and the determination of historic building architectural and historical significance. We are well versed in conducting and administering comprehensive historic preservation surveys, in preparing historic architectural design guideline manuals, local historic preservation commission permit applications, and Local and National Register of Historic Places nominations.
